We had a really lovely stay at this apartment in Kavala. The location was excellent — close to everything we needed, including the harbour, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. It had a cute and cosy atmosphere that made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was also well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and helpful, and the overall check-in process was smooth and easy. It’s a perfect option for couples or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kavala. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

A few small improvements could make the overall stay even more comfortable and enjoyable for guests. The beds were slightly firm for our personal preference, and adding an anti-slip mat in the bathroom would help improve safety, as the floor can become slippery when wet. Additionally, providing a few extra towels would be a nice touch and would add extra comfort and convenience, especially for longer stays.

The only positive thing about this place is that it’s spacious

You can’t take a real shower. It would be so easy for them to attach a bracket to the wall but they don’t, so you sit there in the cold bathtub with the spray attachment. This is deceptively hidden in the photos. It is the only property I’ve been to in years that doesn’t provide a hair dryer. In the photos you see a nice armoire; it is locked, you can’t use it. No bath mat is provided. There is a coffee pot, the inside of which has never been cleaned; it is gross. There is a big stain on the wall in the bedroom. Much of the lighting, especially in the bathroom, is dim.

house whose amazing for our trip in Greece, Kavala is a beautifull city, and amazing people here. And the view of that place, near the house, was…wow.

Close to places you want to go: old town, harbour area. Comfortable. Cotton sheets. Good aircon. The owner was happy to let us in earlier than check-in time, which meant we could get rid of bags. This was a huge plus, and meant we could make the most of our time.

It's a shame there was nowhere to sit out.
