Nam Bo Boutique Hotel

I'm sorry this is a little late. In all our travels we have never met such a good group of young people working in in one place. Yen, Huie, Thaik, Lam and the lady that cleaned our room - I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you did a wonderful job. Spotless clean. Yen is the perfect person to meet and greet the guests as they arrive. She treated us with respect and friendship and let you know that nothing you might ask is too much trouble. Huie was always there with a smile to help us with anything we might need. Thaik (B) in the restaurant gave great service and was always cheerful, and Lam in the rooftop bar was so nice and so interested in everyone she was serving which makes a big difference in how long you want to stay. Thank you to you all for making us feel so welcome and I hope that the person that hired you all shares their talent with others because they choose you all well. Once again thank you so much for making our stay so good. The transformation of the hotel from when we arrived to when we left was amazing. Everyone worked so hard. I almost hate to give this review because it is a busy hotel as it is and I do hope there is room for us when we are able to go back. See you all again.

Lovely historic hotel on the waterfront , great location for boat trips and a stroll to the night market. Our room was traditional & very clean. We were worried about the noise as there was a concert going on & we had to be up at 4am but it finished early so wasn't a problem. Nice cold face cloth & juice on arrival, and the complimentary cocktail in the rooftop was very nice.

Lovely generous breakfasts; very helpful organising trips and the journey to and from Ho Chi Minh City. Very personal service in a small friendly hotel.

I would have liked a little more explanation in our room about the restaurants on the three different floors. But hotels in Vietnam generally do not seem to provide much written information in guests’ rooms.

Gorgeous historic hotel; managers were dedicated to ensuring we were comfortable throughout our two-night stay, and ready for our 4:30am pickup for a boat ride. Rooms charming and clean, housekeeping staff friendly and attentive, memorable rooftop resto-bar, sufficiently good breakfast restaurant on ground floor. Located across the street from the Chao Praya River walkway, which was a pleasant morning and evening stroll. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores located nearby but not so close as to be noisy. Night market just a few blocks away.

No deficiencies come to mind; I cannot think of anything. Okay, there's always something: The complimentary slippers were a bit iffy --- but they're complimentary and I had to think hard to even come up with that.

Room was big, clean, nice and comfortable. Nice rooftop Restaurant and bar. We received a voucher for cocktail or beer. As we had to get up at 3:30, we booked without breakfast.

Staff were amazing! They upgraded us to a corner suite which was most appreciated. Views over the river. Complimentary drink in the evening taken on their balcony was lovely.

Mosquitos!! Just have to be careful!

The welcome cold face cloth and cold fruit drink; the complimentary drink at the rooftop bar. Clean comfortable room, good aircon and no outside noise. Good food though a little expensive.

Breakfast too costly.
