hotel clean and good

when u already changed late checkout ,at guest for extend checkin hotel.u must tu patient.not to ask checkout immediatly from room.u charged then u angry at customer.its fair?if we late we pay late checkout la.then don't push guest for out from room to checkout,if not enough 1hours or 2hours oncharge. And one more thing if we want to book online at hotel, then line problem dont tell me to pay walkin.can't wait ha? .if u cannot wait guest booking at hotel or maybe ur eyes hurt seeing we waiting n paying at reception ..dont do not set up a waiting area.
