Tiny house for couple

I with my family stayed in this house for 4 nights and it was a nightmare. I have never seen such disgusting attitude towards guests anywhere else. The house was dirty, there were cobwebs on every wall and even the pillowcases were dirty and stained, it felt like it had not been cleaned at all before we check in, nor had the bed linen been changed. There was no duvet cover either. On the first day, we couldn’t use the water normally because there was a problem with one of the showers and by the evening the water was shooting out right into the wall opposite. The temperature of the water in the shower is not regulated in any way and we were forced to wash either in cold water or in boiling water. The technician tried to adjust it, it became a little better, but it still remained unpleasantly hot. After that, the toilet broke down and we waited two days for it to be fixed, but the repairmen couldn’t cope with it. When asked to bring new clean bed linen, they sent by courier only one sheet for two beds! even without pillowcases and duvet covers. When we asked to pay for electricity, they accused us of using it a lot and bringing something extra with us into the house (even though we only turned on their ACs). One of the gas burners also did not work. As a result, her Staff blocked me on WhatsApp. It’s good that my assistant came to me and she communicated with them herself, at least this way we managed to keep in touch and ask them to repair everything and do what they should have done before our arrival. and in order to refuse and move out of there, according to the rules, we had to pay her the full amount again.
