Cleanliness (except for the kitchen) False advertising XD

Don't you are a group of friends trying to have a good time. This property is a classic example of false advertising. Don't be deceiving by the pictures as 99% of those are common areas where you can spot a lot of aged people trying to wash/dry their clothes. The view is literally shi*ty as the property is facing a big drain whose fragrance hits you hard!. Even the location shown on Google maps is dubious and will lead you to believe that it's a big apartment with amenities. A good place to stay if you don't mind the nosy host/owner paying you a visit at 3 am. Even 10% volume on their cheap unbranded TV which is not at all capable of noise pollution is considered loud. Smoking has to be done either on the terrace or indoors as there is no balcony or any designated smoking area and poor ventilation resulted in our eyes burning because of smoking inside. The kitchen was dirty with broken drawers and cabinets. I saw the dirtiest microwave oven in my life at the property where the glass plate seemed to be floating on left overs of the previous guests. No dedicated car parking.. The property has a 20 feet road in front with cars parked on either side.. We had back up our car in that narrow street as it's impossible to make a U Turn. We had to park our car near the drain with no security or what so ever where the locals liberally chuck their garbage. The host has tried his best at ticking as many options as possible. Half of the amenities mentioned are non-existent. The property is puny with a carpet area less than 600sqft with 2 rooms and a common bath with NO LIFT and NO Air Conditioning!! It was like burning in hell!!. We decided to vacate in the middle of the night and book another property. Regret booking this property.

The place was amazing.. The staff was good... The property owner is very friendly and a good person...i personally recommend this place to have some good time and nice vibe....the terrace is beautifully decorated.

This place is very good for family and girls trips. We stayed here for a couple of days and the place was really amazing especially the roof top and the terrace. The best part is the friendly staff and the hygiene at the stay. Really suitable for a short trip with families and friends. Commute to main places was also easier

The place was very calm without disturbance. One of the best place to spend.. and the terrace was a phenomenon idea. U have lot of options to spend time and definitely recommended place for those who want spend a private time with friends or family
