Bellissima posizione, panorama stupendo. Spiaggia raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi, in salita meglio non avere troppi pesi. Se il giardino fosse più curato e la pulizia della casa migliorata sarebbe top!

Giardino incolto ma comunque agibile. La pulizia della casa e la cura dell'ambiente in generale possono essere migliorati. C'è un solo bagno. In ogni caso ci è piaciuta e siamo stato bene!

"Super tolle Aussicht in einer Wohnung mit Potential.."

die Lage ist grandios. Die Wohnung relativ gut ausgestattet, mit viel Stauraum und einem grosszügigen Grundriss.

Die Wohnung war wohl noch etwas im Winterschlaf. Nicht gut geputzt, die Heizung funktionierte anfangs nicht und der Geschirrspüler auch erst nach Revision.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Rosa! Really loved the view that we enjoyed even from the bed! Higly recommend to spend a calm and quiet time in Bonassola - very sweet small town/village with a local atmoshere and not too many tourists. (we visited in September). Only be careful on the roads - narrow roads and steep hills make the transport by car a bit challenging, especially if you have a bigger car!

Only thing that ws a pity was the garden isnt really taken good care of and could definitelly be in better state. However, our dog liked to have and outside space :)
