Such a beautiful apartment with everything new and tidy and spotlessly clean. Amazing location right in the center of Auckland, with everything within walking distance. Free indoor parking. Well equipped kitchen. There is also a fitness center with a gym, a (very small) pool, and a lounge with a pool table & a football table.

They will send a staff to meet you outside the building when you check in, so you can't be too spontaneous with your check in time. It says it sleeps 6 ppl but the sofa bed barely fits 2, and the curtains in the sitting room don't block any light so it isn't entirely comfortable being the 5th and 6th person in the group.

The apartment was adequate and in a decent location.

There were issues contacting the host to get the keys and the information on how to get in and out of the garage and park the car was non existent. After the stay was completed, they tried to blame and charge us for a clogged sink, which could not be proven. Felt a bit like a money grab from the host in the end, which soured the feeling around the whole stay.

This location is a gem for central city access. We attended 3 days of functions at the Aotea centre with less than 50m walk from our front door. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen and separate bathrooms for each bedroom.
