Modern Fjord View Apt near City

Great location, easy drive in and out of Tromsø. Honestly Tromsø is a bit hectic to drive though and being able to get out of it helps to unwind. Easy to find. Very quiet area, nice view from inside of the water and Tromsø. Bathroom has heated flooring which was really nice! Our hosts were wonderful couple who responded very efficiently to our needs and kept in communication. Our stay happened to be during very bad weather where our tours got cancelled and avalanches blocked some of the roads. Our hosts were kind enough to send us a message recommending we don’t go out driving which saved us from getting stuck in a bad situation. We cooked breakfast during our 4 day stay. There’s a huge Extra Coop grocery store on the way to their apartment which we went to stock up on supplies especially when we realized we were going to be stuck indoors all day.

When we first arrived to the apartment it would have been nice to have found the heaters on and the house warmed for us. Every place we stayed at in Norway had our rooms already heated and we were comfortable every place we went. We arrived around 10pm and were very tired from our long journey, the beds were ice cold and we couldn’t get the rooms warm enough. However when I told the hosts that the apartment was too cold for us they quickly came later that same day to bring us a couple extra heaters to help keep the place warm and after that the entire stay was perfect!

Good space. Very comfortable beds Amazing views of the city across the bay from the large windows. Lovely and warm. Had everything you needed. Good communication with host But best of all the northern lights came overhead during our stay which was amazing 🤩 highly recommended!

The place is calm and quiet and there was enough space for 5 people.

We could have used a tumble dryer.
