Really was an excellent location

Our room didn't smell well, there was mold in the shower, we didn't get toilet paper and had to ask for it, we didnt have a window, the walls were quite thin.

Location

It was the cheapest option in the area, but the price didn't reflect the value. Despite having coffee beans available in the room, I never actually received a mug. Probably could have found a much better option by spending a bit more money

Amazing location, comfortable beds and nice amenities.

the owner was approachable, good communication, location was good, near cafe, pizza and food places, safe neighborhood, room price was affordable, comfy bed, hot water in sink and shower (although water temerature not well controlled goes from hot to burning) .

cleaniness was average to below hotel standard, shower floor mat was in fact a very used wrinkled hanging towel (but there were extra towels on bed) although they put tea and coffee for guests (scattered on table instead of being placed inside a small container), if you were hoping to make some tea you couldn't because the water kettle was nasty inside with extreme limescale and mineral cleanup, bed sheets were made but there were residue of previous guest hair, there was an empty used cup underneath the bed, shower was ok but walls of shower require serious cleanup due to apparent mildew buildup and soap scum, sink cabinet was rotted, chair near desk is extremely stained, and intense cigarrette smell coming from other rooms just take over the room. 4 staircases and not 2 as advertised. more like room rental than an actual hotel, not horrible stay but would rate as acceptable if you're willing to compromise a lot for just basic and lower your expectations.

The property was in a good location, unfortunately that’s about the only positive here.

Everything else. The place wreaked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom toilet was falling apart with the seat cover not even fully connected, the shower would spray all over the place from the top of the shower head nozzle, and a shelf place directly over the sink which made it impossible to wash your face. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money spent.
