Big apartment and very clean

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Everything was clean, new, well maintained. Communication with owner was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting city of Iasi.

The room we viewed and reserved online was not the room we were given. Smaller, no proper curtains, as in the photos, no aircon, and, crucially, no shower cubicle (as shown in the photos and which we particularly required for my elderly father-in-law) but a shower over the bath which was too high for one of us to get into. Extra payment for parking. No kitchen towel at all…how can you use the oven without! Also, the bottle-opener only works with extreme downward force and needs replacing. There was quite a lot of noise from neighbouring balconies and the internal walls were not soundproofed.

Small, cozy, comfortable, close to all places-shops, palas mall, food market etc

Great location, 5 minutes away by foot from the Palace Mall. Quiet neighborhood, we also had our own private parking space. Everything was clean and like new. We were able to cook (we had to buy salt, though) and wash our clothes in the washing machine. Two TVs, one in each room. Also, very important: the AC was functional and very efficient for both rooms.

There was no salt in the kitchen. There is salt now :)
