it was winter. Bathroom was very large, and could have accomodated a bath/ shower rather than just a shower

Such friendly helpful staff. Lovely pub with great selection of Ales and excellent food. Room and bed very comfortable and just what was needed after a long drive. All the staff were brilliant Excellent value for money

If I had one minor problem. I think a slip mat in the bath when taking a shower, as we are both in our 70s.But in the bigger picture a minor gripe

Nice staff, good breakfast, good wifi, very clean

Bed and pillows were a bit hard. The shower was very small. Rooms need some upgrading.
