The location is very accessible to all our daily needs, be it a market, drugstore, food, etc.

The lobby is hot though it is fully air-conditioned. Too many cockroaches, they are everywhere. The Owner is not very accommodating and failed to inform us what needs to be done before checking in. Very poor communication. The comfort room is filthy especially the toilet bowl. The place is not clean enough, maybe the previous guest didn't even sweep the floor. Overall it was not a good experience.

The owner was not there at the meeting place, causing me to find another place to stay on that day.

Le logement et la résidence

Très compliqué de récupérer les clés… le système de booking sur des appartements dans les résidences est à revoir car les hôtes ne fournissent aucune information et on se retrouve bloqué par la sécurité. L’hôte devait fournir une attestation signée pour que je puisse loger et que je n’avais évidemment pas. J’ai attendu plus de 40 min entre mon arrivée et mon entrée dans le logement. Le personnel n’y est pour rien ils essayent juste de faire leur travail mais le sens de l’hospitalité est à revoir. C’est la première fois de ma vie que j’ai l’impression d’être traité comme quelqu’un qui n’aurait pas respecté la loi.

This unit messaged me that they will not be able to accommodate me despite comfirmed booking on the app, they refused to cancel booking, or waive fees, instead promising to refund after they get the money from app, they just kept on messaging they return payment and then stopped replying, what a horrible experience, do not trust this unit.
