Es wurden 3 Schlafzimmer angeboten. Das “3. Schlafzimmer “waren 2 Betten im Schrank. Die Vermieterin wurde von uns angesprochen und meinte es wäre bekannt, dass es überraschend ist.

Ein alter Campingplatz der neu hergerichtet wurde. 5 schöne Lodges, einige Ferienhäuser, zwei Spielplätze ,eine Spielscheune. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und beantwortet alle offenen Fragen. Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit nach Oostkapelle und an den Strand. Urlaub mit Hund ist so sehr schön.

An der ein oder anderen Stelle hätte es ein wenig sauberer sein können. Man sollte in den Anzeigen erwähnen das Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und Trockner nicht um Haus sind, aber zur Verfügung stehen. Das die Grundstücke nicht eingezäunt sind. Ebenso haben die Spielgeräte ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich.

This lodge is very comfortable with airco and totally new since April 2024. It’s in a very quiet location and the beds are very comfortable. They have beds also on the ground floor next to the bathroom so it’s convenient for people who cannot walk up and downstairs. The equipment are great and modern.

First the location: it mentioned that there are playgrounds nearby but in reality they are unused and have no maintenance. The grasses are tall around the playgrounds. You don’t even want to walk on it. There is no route for dog walking either. It is in an Abandoned camping area which you can’t see in the pictures. Secondly is the bathroom: the bathroom is nicely with a rain shower but once being used, half of the bathroom is flooded. There is a structural problem around the shower area that the floor is flat and is not quick enough to let the water escape. We were quickly showering daily as there is no towel provided to clean up the water once it’s flooding again! I suggest the owner of the lodge to go take a shower once and they will know what I meant. Thirdly, no towels or bed linen provided in this lodge: it’s actually normal in Dutch accommodation that you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels. However, those costs are hidden and didn’t mention in booking.com. Because booking this lodge is non refundable, you have to accept those extra costs without knowing them in advance. Fourthly prepare a blanket if your dog likes to sit on the couch. Dogs are not allowed to sit on any furniture although they are welcome to this lodge and you have to play extra cleaning for your dog :( Finally the house rules are not explained in advance until you enter the lodge: there is a rule book in the house which is kind of a lot of rules but they are only in Dutch and German.
