Breakfast was wonderful and 10 ou of 10 for the wonderful cook and staff that served us

No water or electricity on our second night after we've spent 9 hours in the sun at a sport event. My daughter had a vever, we were dirty and sweaty and desperately in need of a shower and enough water to cool down the fever, get clean and quench our thirst. No alternatives were presented for our comfort although other units have had water and electricity. When we requested a discount on the tarrif for services not provided (no water, no tv, no aircon, no shower, no wifi) it was profoundly refused. I have video evidence of sprinklers working, but we had no water in the unit?? The least they can do is to provide their guests with the basics by providing electricity via a generator and installing water tanks for water shortages, especially at R1500 p/night, or present a discount! We might as well have slept in tents with no facilities available!
