Localizacao impecavel, proximo a tudo e perto do mar

A reserva era para 5 pessoas, mas a casa nao comporta mais que 4 pessoas, O colcao da cama de casal esta horrivel, pessimo para dormir. Como uma das pessoas dormiu na sala/cozinha, toda vez que precisavamos usar o ambiente acabavamos acordando a pessoa. Caldeira pequena o que faz com que nao tenha agua quente para 5 pessoas tomar banho na sequencia, tinhamos que nos organizar para que ninguem ficasse sem banho quente. Existia um aviso sobre o silencio, no entenado o vizinho de cima ficava arrastando objetos duante o dia e a noite causando um barrulho que atrapalhava o sono.

Localizacao e vista para o mar

Nao tem estacionamento na moradia, e como fica na parte central dificultou um pouco estacionar a viatura

We really enjoyed the location that was close to the beach and the well equipped apartment. We had the oven and all kitchen utensils

The communication was bad because we asked to fix the door to the toilet as is doesn’t close at all as if the door were too big but technician never came throughht our 4 day stay and asking about it on the 1st day. The building itself had a weird smell and a lot of perfume to cover it up. Also we asked for more coffe and toilet paper as we were 3 people and that wasn’t enough and after 1st day we had to buy more on our own. Also the terrace could be better equipped as it’s so big and doesn’t have any swing or deckchair

Location was great in it being a 5 min walk to Praia Da Rocha and lots of cafes, restuarants and bars that was so convenient!! Rooms were all clean and enough room in all rooms, bit small in dining area. Air cons in all rooms and automatic blinds were great for keeping place cool. Washing machine and drying racks was very useful!

Beds were very uncomfortable, mattress felt like a wooden board and pillows not much better. Outside apartment area can have some not great people hanging around due to a strip club next door. Was a bit confusing to find the location. Only one toilet paper roll was provided for our 6 day stay with 5 people. No tea, coffee, sugar etc, purely just the appliances which is a bit inconvenient when on holidays

De locatie. Dicht bij strand,winkeltjes en barretjes en restaurants.

De aanwezige huishoudelijke spullen. De panne zijn echt aan vervanging toe. De wasmachine op het balkon is helaas 1 grote roestbak.

Clean , great location , all mod cons , good coffee machine, great view of beach & sea from balcony.

Beds in double room too short for teenage son , would be ok if there wasn’t an end board on bed . No human contact.
