"Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick"

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar: die zwei Schlafzimmer sind groß und hell mit bequemen Betten und ausreichend Platz, seine Sachen unterzubringen. Das Bad ist komfortabel und sauber, die Küche groß und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Im Wohnzimmer kann man gut essen. Der Ausblick ist toll. Unten im Haus ist ein Supermarkt, sodass man es für Besorgungen nicht weit hat. Es gibt mehrere Imbisse, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen, auch Restaurants sind nicht weit. Zum Strand läuft man 5 Minuten. Wenn man in die Stadt fahren will, ist es nicht weit. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Wir erhielten mehrere sinnvolle Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.

Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette-Wohnung, deren oberer Bereich von jemand anders bewohnt und von einem separaten Eingang aus erreichbar ist. Leider sind die obere und untere Ebene nur durch eine normale Zimmertür getrennt, sodass man jedes Wort hört, das oben in Zimmerlautstärke gesprochen wird - und vermutlich auch umgekehrt. Wenn dann noch singen, tanzen - und rülpsen - dazukommen, ist es ganz schön laut und man kann (möchte) nicht im Wohnzimmer sitzen.
