The Parking was a struggle, since you have to find a parking spot on the side of the road.

It was in a convenient location and the home is super cute and clean.

We didn’t get information about how to get into the home before check-in. The original listing said washer and dryer, but there wasn’t one. The lights in the kitchen stopped working on our 3rd day.

"Complaint property owner and Booking.com"

The property owner cancelled the booking without sufficient time to inform me and let me have the compensation. Staff of booking.com only replied me to contact the property owner and they didn't take any responsibility / follow up action against my complaint. I was very disappointed against your attitude. Nobody contacted me / replied to my complaints even though I made the requests by verbal and email.
