"Great Stay and Location, Low water pressure"

They upgraded my studio room to a full 1 bedroom apartment on Collins right at the corner of Ocean and 5th street. Very close to everything I needed and wanted to do. Air conditioning was amazing. Apartment stayed very cold. Bed and sofa was comfortable.

The bathroom sink didn't drain well so water would rise while brushing teeth and washing face. Water pressure was low and water didn't get really hot in shower.
