Nemo's Luxury Studios

The studio is nice and cozy, with an air conditioner, water heater, a microwave, a tv, a stove and a fridge. A private entrance and a place to sit outside.

The location is near the hospital so the traffic sometimes is a bit busy and it’s sometimes quite noisy outside. The studio could have been a bit cleaner too, however nothing critical.

This is a complete studio apartment; there is a small full kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, furniture to unpack and store clothes. This is great for longer stays, The hosts reached out to check on me, which is always welcome. There aren't many affordable options to stay in this area so I was happy to find Nemo's.

There is a lot of noise, both from the street (the apartment faces a rather busy street in the neighborhood) and from nearby units -- the sound isolation in this older building isn't great. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you know noise bothers you. The unit is very small, about the size of a standard hotel room.There isn't a desk, only a folding table in the kitchen/entrance.

Clean cozy studio next to a lot of transport junctions. Adapted for people with disabilities (first floor, wide doors, handles). Though I did not need these features, I appreciated that. Comfortable bed. Table that can be used for work. Coffee machine and water warming and filtering device were a huge plus, just like coffee capsules, tea, and sugar in the kitchen enough for a week. It was just so good that the floor was not stone like in most apartments. Also, good communication with the host and clear instructions. Definitely recommend the place.

The air conditioner was quite weak and needs to be turned on together with the ceiling fan in order for the place to become tolerably warm. An electric oil heater would save the situation and also is not so noisy.

The apartment is located directly opposite the main entrance of the Rambam Hospital, a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Haifa Bat Galim Station. Nearby are shops and cafes. Entrance to the apartment using a key from a small safe at the door. The owner's instructions were clear, she was very nice ❣️ and always in touch. Clean, comfortable, everything as in the photo. A cooler with boiling and chilled water, a coffee machine and capsules for it, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, a complete shower set in the bathroom. Cleaning products, hair dryer, iron. Air conditioning, water heater for shower. Cozy garden. I needed to leave a day earlier and my money was refunded. !!! תודה רבה, נעמה 🤩 I will definitely be back!!
