Casa la noce Positano

It was very comfortable and felt like a home. It is on the local bus route that links you to Positano but is a bit away from the tourist mania of Positano. There is a small shop very close that makes great panini and has other basic supplies. It is a short bus ride to one starting/ending point of The path of the gods which was a highlight of our trip.

It was so clean and in a great location. Montepertuso has Il Retrivo restaurant one of the best in the area and practically next door. A well stocked market is at your doorstep in the piazza. Antonio is a wonderful host. He checked in on us every morning. We had plenty of coffee and a well equipped rental and we had a great time. The little bus on the corner is very convenient to start any journey you plan on the Amalfi Coast. The Casa La Noce is new, clean and a great place to make as a base for your trip. We absolutely loved it. Every night after sight seeing all day it felt like coming home. Comfortable beds and a nice big TV for relaxing after dinner. It has such a nice local feel. And the rooster crowing in the morning is a great wake up call to start your day.

If anyone has mobility problems it takes a few steps to get to the cozy abode. My mom had a new knee but she did fine. She also gave it her approval for cleanliness. We had no complaints about anything with the La Casa Noce. Great place. Thank you Antonio!

We met our host who was very helpful and was great at communicating. The house is in a very lovely area with a supermarket 1 minute walk away and there is a lovely restaurant with spectacular views and service next to the supermarket. The bus was handy but it does only come once an hour so our host also gave us information for a driver which was handy. The house itself was comfortable and had everything that we needed to make it an enjoyable trip and be relaxed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was a bit hard to get to with a bus coming 1x per hour and typically packed.

Sitting on the balcony sipping fizz, looking down at the sea and watching the butterflies and local cats sunbathing was very peaceful after the madding crowds in Positano! We spotted shooting stars in the night sky too. Antonio was a very welcoming host and everything at the Casa was very nice. The walk down the steps to Positano is very pleasant. Swimming in the sea in the morning at Fornillo.Beach was much better than Positano beach. It was much quieter, prettier and the sea was so warm! We also enjoyed the pictoresque short walk from Fornillo to Positano. The nearby restaurant Il Ritrivo was wonderful. Antonio booked up a great table with a view out to sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the food was exquisite, the fruit shots were delicious and the ambience was perfect. The only downside was the bus - very hot and crowded.

The host was amazing! He was checking on us everyday to see if everything was okay! The house was amazing! Beyond our expectations! There was a festival at the village the days that we stayed and we enjoyed the incredible show with fireworks and music! Also, there is a path near the property to walk to the top of the mountain and enjoy the incredible view from above. The house is outside the Positano center but there is a bus every hour to take you to the town! The bus is most of the times really crowded and maybe you can't even get inside. Not the best experience with the bus but the house and Antonino was amazing! He even got us a champagne as a gift! He was very helpful with everything and suggested places to go to eat and things to do! I really recommend this place!
