喫煙ルームから禁煙ルームに快く変えていただいたのでとても嬉しかったです。

隣の駐車場に入らない車だったのでどうすれば良いか聞いたら向かいの立体駐車場を案内され ホテルのフロントにいえば14時間無料と聞いたのに 実際はフロントに申し出ても普通に帰ればいいと言われ実際に思っていたより高く駐車場の支払いをしたので 案内がよくわからなかった。
