The apartment was very nice however the location was a bit worrying. The back side is in a run down area. We could hear drilling sounds from apartments close by.

Everything brand new and good quality. Well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, micro, water boiler. Washing machine. Air condition. Big bed on the loft with low (but soft) ceiling. Very comfortable sofa. Close to shops and Hesburger (hamburger restaurant). Several bus stops nearby. Free parking outside. Very pleased with this small flat.

The house is still under renovation, but that is a minor problem. You might have to wait for the lift. A bit away from centre of town.
