The Feel Luxury Boutique Hotel Ella

Staff were amazing and helpful and would do anything for you. We liked the verandah. We felt comfortable like we were at home. We loved this hotel the best out of all places on our stay around Sri Lanka.

Tv didn’t work when we arrived but staff fixed when told. To let others know about the button in the bathroom to get warm water but warm water when we were informed.

It was very clean and all facilities were ere there . Staff very friendly and efficient and the breakfast was outstanding

The shower although very clean didn’t contain the water and bathroom was flooded after shower but water cleaned very quickly after it . Access road to property full of potholes but not fault of the property . Highly recommend this place

A very unique place. Beautifully designed and the whole place feels like home. The wood smell of the room was very calming. Very clean and the floor was even waxed so well. Arrangement to go to the Nine Arches was easy. And it’s not too far to even walk to the main town area. Breakfast was good as well

Das Zimmer war riesig und alles war noch neu. Das Personal war super aufmerksam und freundlich.

Es fehlte im Zimmer ein Safe und ein Haartrockner. Ein Haartrockner wurde mir später zum Zimmer gebracht. Beim Abendessen und Frühstück gab es lange Wartezeiten. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen aber etwas weit vom Zentrum.

Velmi pěkný moderní hotel mimo rušnou část Ella, která je dostupná tuk-tukem.

Díky dřevěné stavbě jsou slyšet zvuky zvenku, ale vyjma jednoho večera, kdy někdo v okolí slavil, byl klid. Večeře je k dispozici i na hotelu, ale zajímavější nabídka je v Ella.

Chambre de bonne taille style chalet, lit confortable, canapé sur la terrasse. Excellent restaurant, la cuisine est délicieuse, très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel souriant et sympathique.

Un peu déçu par la vue, trop de constructions aux alentours. Besoin d'un tuktuk ou d'une voiture pour se rendre à Ella.
