Beautiful location and rooms, staff is very helpful and friendly- they helped us arrange a driver for a day cos us to sightsee more remote tourist spots in the area and were very accommodating of our needs. Daily room cleaning was very thorough

The walls in this hotel are very thin due to the nature of the building (made of wood) so in the morning we would hear kids crying or running around in the adjacent rooms which was a bit annoying but a minor inconvenience after all

Nice setting with a good balcony with good views. No soundproofing so noisy. Food good but very slow service ( 50 mins wait ) whilst it was cooked. An easy tuk tuk ride into town - walkable if fit!

Very nice new renovated hotel. The rooms are big, cozy and friendly with plenty of light. The restaurant serves very nice foods, and a very delicious breakfast. The staff is kind and serviceminded. One of the better places we have visited in Sri Lanka, we rec. to stay here.

The rooms is not sound prof., you can here the neighbors easily. The hotel is placed a bit from town in a not so easy accessible road, a pool area would have been very nice.

The only negative is there is no soundproofing and the hotel rooms are made of wood so you hear everything! To be fair it was not late at night but it would benefit from some rugs on floor to reduce noise. Also whilst we did change arrival date, the room we had booked was not available and were not informed until we arrived when it was to late etc our room was comfortable enough but not the ‘luxury’ room we hoped for
