Lovely apartment in Hounslow, nice big comfy bed, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, all kitchen and cleaning utensils were available. Lovely comfy sofa/sofa bed to sit on whilst watching the massive tv on the wall. The wet room bathroom was great. Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Asda all within a 5 minute walk, lots of places to eat nearby. The lady in the laundrette under the flat was lovely and very helpful. Hounslow Central tube station is a 2 minute walk away and then it’s only a 30 train ride into central London. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to London 11****\10

The flat was gorgeous on the inside, decorated really nice & modern, lots of facilities such as tea & coffee and hairdryer etc, a lot bigger than expected/how it looks in the photos so was pleasantly surprised by that. Big spacious living area and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom all great size. Helpful, responsive host. Perfect for what we needed and great value for money. Thank you so much for having us! Would return.

How close the destination was to London was great though the actual location felt a bit dodgy, didn’t feel massively safe in the surroundings. Also caught a bit off guard by all the motion sensors, one in each room and by each door as well as on the ceiling felt a bit excessive but the host did explain when we asked, still just a bit excessive and unsettling and wish this could have been made a bit clearer in the description so we knew what to expect. Also have to climb some quite steep stairs to get to the apartment! Some cracks in the walls / damage to walls and ceilings that may need touching up.

Host was great and flexible when we had some issues (nothing to do with the flat or them!). Really responsive. Flat was done up very nicely. Very close to tube and overground.

Be mindful it was three flights of stairs to take the luggage up.
