Beautiful Studio Apartment - London

Noce house, luxury facilities, good location, good service

No elevator, internet is on and off

The property was centrally located in Hounslow and within a 5 minute walk to Hounslow Central tube station. Lots of great restaurants nearby and loads of shopping! Even a cinema to enjoy on our rainy days.

Very clean apartment, good bed, nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is at a 5min walk from Hounslow Central Station, which has a direct connection to LHR and town via the Piccadilly Line. Good and quick contacts with the owner. Access to the apartment via 2 codes works easily.

The water pressure for the shower is OK’ish. The registration of the visitors is via a strange website, which I was concerned about to provide my details. The owner was flexible to provide other ways. The website and requested “contract” are a bit weird. Just be aware that you have to climb 1-3 floors (depending on your apartment) via small stairs. Easy to walk, but not for everyone

Check-in was seamless, with the host being responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen appliances and overall presentation were modern and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The TV and furnishings were modern, adding to the room's comfort. The shower had reliable hot water, and all appliances worked perfectly, ensuring a largely hassle-free experience. Overall, it was fairly good value for money, showcasing the effort and dedication of the hardworking small hotel team. While the staircase to the apartment was very narrow, particularly challenging for those with larger bags, Joshua was immensely helpful in getting our luggage to the top floor. His assistance was greatly appreciated, and his friendly demeanour deserves commendation. Despite this, there is room for improvement in key areas, which I will outline in my other section.

The kitchen could use more equipment, such as additional glasses and cutlery, for longer stays. The kitchen tap leaked slightly, causing a small spurt of water. The bed was worn, with noticeable spring noise and sagging. Despite the host providing a mattress topper, it was still uncomfortable for two people, though likely fine for one. The shower lacked a curtain or screen, which made it difficult to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. Adding a curtain would improve this. The heating in the towel rack appeared non-functional despite seemingly being plugged in. Wi-Fi was generally reliable but slowed and had connection issues at times, likely when there was usage in other apartments, which was disappointing. Although the listing mentioned 'laundry,' the apartment lacked facilities. The paid laundromat on-site had broken dryers, forcing us to use another location, which was inconvenient. Finally, Hounslow itself can feel a bit rough, with some unsettling moments, such as people loitering or acting unpredictably. While this aligns with the accommodation's budget-friendly price, You should exercise caution depending on your comfort level for these things.

Apartment matched the photos and really was comfy and cozy.

It could be a bit better stocked when it comes to cutlery in the kitchen. More toilet paper would have been appreciated as we were there for just under a week

Everything about this property was excellent. From nice, welcoming and responsive staff; easy check in process, great location, quiet place, nice facilities; just to mention a few

The shower place is quite small, but situation is the same for most places in London
