Faulty AC The door leading out of the room could not stay shut unless it is locked Faulty intercom phone, so each time we wanted to communicate with the receptionist or order for food, we had to go to the reception Faulty drainage system, leading to a pool of water after taking a shower

The environment was very cool and comfortable to live in.

The bed was small.

The first lady i met on check-in was new but willing to do everything to make me comfortable. Although, I think there is no need for a staff going all out of their way if there is a standard process of receiving guest.

Second front desk lay was nasty in my point of view. She was explaining to me what complimentary breakfast is as if I'm been done a favour to be served breakfast and i should be thank full for that. Same lady also went out of her to eavesdrop on my phonemail that i went to take outside of the restaurant. When i got back, she started telling me that their wifi works because she heard me say on call that the internet connection in that areas was poor.
