The location was perfect for access to the city centre/ restaurants, takeaways and close to a bus stop and taxi rank. The room was very clean and comfortable and peaceful.

In a great position ,close to Eastgate and all the shops, buses & station .Easy to walk everywhere. Although close to amenities, it was quiet and felt very safe for a solo traveller. The owners were clear with their instructions and it all worked very well.

It's up one flight of steep stairs, but ok with just small bags.

Location was very good, only couple of minutes walk and you are in centre of Inverness

Shower tray very slow to drain, suspect trap requires to be cleaned out as water builds up very quickly when showering and would be easy to forget and allow tray to overflow. Shower curtain rail could be better also, as kept sliding down the wall. WHB also very slow to drain, although managed to remove clicker waste and clear blockage, so draining fine now.

Location excellent

Hot water pressure very low. Front door inside lock in need of replacement. Jamming on inside. Fine on outside.
