"Excellent"

The location was fantastic, nice spacious apartment with great heating. Check in details were really easy to follow and all the info was given ahead of time. Beds were very comfy, staff were contactable when needed.

Only issue was there was no linen provided for the pull out couch, staff did give the code to the locked cupboard however there were only pillow cases in there no duvet cover.

"Entry to apartment was dirty and a bit cringe worthy, the bed was very low to the ground and very uncomfortable furnitu"

"Great location, but the apartment felt unclean and a bit unsafe overall."

Whole floor smelt of urine and weed, felt a bit unsafe. Towels were bleach stained Shower didn’t drain well

Muy sucio. Las almohadas de dentro del ropero muy sucias. Había unas bragas de alguna clienta anterior en el armario. Lleno de telarañas. La loza sucia. Las bandejas del horno inutilizables….

Super close to the city centre which makes it super easy to get around.

Bathroom was quite small and can be cramped especially if you are tall like my partner is, he couldn't sit on the toliet straight and was on a bit of an angle, but we were only there at night so made it work. Couldn't get the hot water to work out of the taps, the shower was fine. The bed is super squeaky and not overly comfortable.
