Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access

Pobyt jsme si moc užili, měli jsme možnost nahlédnout do běžného života místních, kteří jsou velmi přátelští. Ubytování bylo čisté a splnilo veškeré očekávání. Měli jsme plnou penzi a nutno podotknout, že si poradili i s mojí bezlepkovou a bezmléčmou dietou. The accommodation was clean and met all our expectations. We had full board, and it's worth mentioning that they were able to accommodate my gluten-free and dairy-free diet. Straordinario: Martin è l'host migliore del mondo. Tranquillo, disponibile, tuttofare: si vede quanto ami l'isola e il suo lavoro. Stanze davvero curate e pulite, staff disponibile e cordiale. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'authenticité, de couleur turquoise des lagons, de tranquillité et de gentillesse, rendez-vous chez Matin à Maalhos ! Un monsieur extraordinaire, avec un grand sourire, toujours prêt à vous faire plaisir ! Il était à nos petits soins... Il a organisé nos excursions et nous a mis en relation avec un centre de plongée au top. Il a rendu notre séjour inoubliable, nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait sa rencontre. De plus, l'hébergement est très propre et qualitatif avec les équipements nécessaires. L'emplacement est idéal à côté d'une bikini Beach qui permet d'accéder à un jardin de corail de poissons de toutes les couleurs et si vous êtes chanceux de tortues. Nous recommandons avec des étoiles encore plein les yeux !

The room itself was very good and extremely close to the beach. The best feature of this guesthouse is the host himself. Martin is available by Whatsapp any time of the day for anything you may need. Especially the tours organization was outstading, messaging you right after manta groups enter Hanifaru Bay or when a whale shark is spotted closeby. If you requested the Hanifaru Bay tour and you're unresponsive when mantas enters the bay, he would literally search for you at the beach, at the hotel or at the local restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and thanks to the hotel position and the tours we have been able to swim with mantas, one whale shark (at night), dolphins (watched from the boat only), sea turtles, small sharks, stingrays and morays. The reef on the island is also great with easy sandy access also during low tide.

Prime location right on the beach! The host with the most, Martin, is most attentive and accommodating! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
