Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, spazioso e provvisto di tutti i servizi. Molto gradevole lo spazio nella corte esterna, dove fare colazione,cena e passare del tempo. Comodissimo il posto auto interno. Marcello il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo soggiorno.

Emplacement idéal, relativement calme par rapport à la rue. Bonne literie. Hôte parfait. Appartement gigantesque, lave-linge et sèche-linge, fer, wifi, clim dans le salon et la chambre parentale. Beaucoup de plaques, four. Beaucoup de rangements.

Pas de micro-ondes et peu de couverts.

"Spacious apartment in Capoterra"

Very spacious, friendly owner, private parking in garden, terrace, coffee ☕, washing machine and dryer, Old style pub nearby 😀.

Not to many restaurant options (but that's Capoterra). Can be somewhat cold as it is very spacious and hard to heat up (winter season).

We loved the apartment very spacious!

We didn't like the tv only issue as couldn't get it to work and as we're not Italian we couldn't use it to British apart from that all good!

"Large family and dog friends property near Cagliari."

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean, large, well equipped and dog friendly with a big and fully fenced courtyard which includes secure off street parking. We spent our days in Cagliari which is about 20 minutes away but wished we had spent some time in the village of Capoterra as it looks like a charming old area. The property is owned by Marcelo, a young man who went out of his way to help us and was very reliable with any questions we had. No hesitation from us about staying there again.
