while booking you see them mentioning the bath tub and all but they didn't give me the room with it. when asked for breakfast they said it's over even when it's before 10 AM when I said to the guy(maybe the name was Abhishek, skinny guy) that the water pressure is very low, he's like "what can I do"? when I said to adjust AC....leave it, it's enough.(I don't want to type any more) they only and only care about those people who are regularly living there, cuz there are many. I don't know, i didn't wanna type all this but it was really a frustrating experience for me, feels like a jail after paying the amount.

One of the most poorly managed hostel experiences I’ve had, made worse by staff who genuinely seemed uninterested in resolving anything. On the second day of my stay, I came back in the evening to find someone else sleeping in the bed that had already been assigned to me. The reception staff admitted they had “accidentally” given my bed to another guest and casually asked me to move to another room instead. I shifted rooms, only to end up with a bed where the AC cooling was practically non-existent. I waited for over an hour before complaining because I didn’t want to create an issue unnecessarily. When I finally approached the staff, instead of helping, they argued that “the room has cooling” while completely ignoring the fact that my bed area was hot and uncomfortable. I was then told to go speak to the staff member from the previous shift because “I didn’t assign your bed,” which pretty much summed up the level of accountability here. The next morning, I explained everything to the staff member who had checked me in originally. His only response was that he could move me to yet another room. By that point I had already had enough, so I told him I wanted to check out. Since I had paid for 3 nights and these issues happened during the second night, I requested a refund for the remaining night. The request was immediately dismissed without even properly acknowledging the experience I had. No apology, no attempt to understand the situation, nothing — just “refund is not possible, we’ll give another room.” Honestly, had the issue been acknowledged and handled with even basic professionalism, I might still have considered staying. The hostel itself may or may not have problems, but the bigger issue is the attitude of the management. The entire experience felt careless, dismissive, and badly handled from start to finish. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.
