Emplacement proche du centre, appartement propre et fonctionnel, wifi efficient, accès rapide depuis la gare ferroviaire, accueil de Katya. Cuisine partagée non utilisée.

Quartier alentour peu avenant.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. Accoglienza cordiale e super disponibile. App davvero smart l'qpp gestita dall'host per raggiungere attrazioni turistiche, ristoranti e luoghi di interesse storico.

È solo una piccola nota che non influisce affatto sulla recensione. Essendo l’appartamento inserito in uno stabile con altre abitazioni, può capitare di sentire qualche lieve rumore la sera, ma nulla che abbia compromesso il nostro riposo, abbiamo comunque dormito bene.

We really liked the place. It is a cozy, clean room with a private shower and toilet, exactly as shown in the photos. There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen. The location is great, within walking distance to the city center. Easy self check-in-and-out. Unfortunately, we encountered a major issue with noise. There is no soundproofing at all, and it feels like you are sharing the same apartment with the neighbors. During the day, when we arrived, there was a lot of noise from children shouting and running around. We couldn’t rest and decided to go out and explore the city instead. We returned after 10 PM, but the noise didn’t stop, it just changed. We heard loud football fans, people dining, loud conversations mixed with TV, chairs being moved around, and other constant sounds. This continued until around 1 AM. No matter how nice the room was, the lack of basic quiet completely ruined our experience. My wife had to sleep with headphones because she was exhausted and couldn’t wait for the noise to stop. It was very disappointing. The host is a responsive and kind woman who tried to help by communicating with the neighbors, but unfortunately, our stay ended up being entirely dependent on the neighbors’ schedule and mood, and they didn’t seem to see any issue with the noise.

Domaćin ovog objekta je veoma ljubazna, uslužna. Sve je tako jednostavno za doći, otići, dogovor, upute... Kafa u apartmanu je odlična, krevet udoban. Sve čisto, novo. Mirno je, nema buke noću. Do katedrale 800m, pješaka za max 15 min. Odnos cijene i pogodnosti smještaja je više nego za svaku preporuku. Ako ponovo budemo dolazili u Palermo , sigurno nećemo mijenjati smještaj.

Nemam nikakvih primjedbi.

Sehr sauber, freundlich und kontaktfreudig. Es war sehr angenehm von Ankunft bis Abreise. Sehr Empfehlenswert!
