Cosy, clean and very well looked after apartment with everything required for short stay in Palermo. Katia is very attentive and helpful.

Very thin walls so expect noisy neighbours. The apartment is close the main central railway station. The location has seen better days and is run down but nonetheless it was quiet.

Katia wlascicielka jest mila osoba bardzo pomocna i przesympatyczna . Obiekt jest bardzo komfortowy i polozony blisko centrum. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposazona ,codziennie sprzatana .Lazenka nowoczwsna z bardzo duzym i wygodnym prysznicem plus podstawowe srodki do higieny ,czyste i pachnace reczniki wymieniane co trzy dni przy dluzszym pobycie. Bardzo polecam to miejsce ,osobiscie czulam sie jak na wakacjach u rodzinny. Napewno gdy bym wrocila do Palermo , jeszcze raz bym odzwidzila to miejsce.

The room was very large and clean - I loved the opening windows. Lots of hot water and the powerful shower. Extra blankets and pillows, more towels than we needed. Marco, the owner's son, who showed us the flat, was charming and helpful.

I wasn't aware the kitchen was shared with another room, but it wasn't a problem. I did need an iron though, and couldn't find one!

Good comunikation, near Train station if you fly very early from Palermo aeroporto.10min to Palermo cathedrale and best known pededestrian zone.Very clean new equipped room.

The location is exceptional and the place is very clean.

The walls are very thin therefore you can literally hear the neighbors next door even snooring!

La struttura è spaziosa e accogliente, la camera in cui siamo capitati ha un ingresso privato con frigorifero e bagno privato e un piccolo balconcino. La camera era molto pulita e katia è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Macchinetta del caffè privata presente in stanza.

frigorifero troppo piccolo e soprattutto le cose non riuscivano a raffreddarsi / congelarsi per bene siccome l’impianto elettrico era collegato ad una chiavetta che quando esci devi per forza portare con te e quindi si spegneva tutto. Posizione un po’ decentrata ma scelta perché ha un parcheggio per l’auto comodo proprio sulla strada all’ingresso del portone.

The room was fully equipped with sufficient air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The host's instructions were very clear. The shared kitchen was convenient for making tea. The room's decor had a great Sicilian beach theme. Finding restaurants and eateries was quite convenient.

The room's soundproofing was very poor. We could clearly hear the couple next door's nighttime activities, which was very awkward as our son was sleeping on that side of the room. Their music and talking didn't stop until past 1 a.m. Because it's a shared house, the boiler made a very loud noise every time someone turned on the water. We couldn't fall asleep until all the neighbors were quiet. Additionally, the tourist tax for this room was surprisingly expensive—the most I've paid on this trip, and I don't understand how it was calculated. It was a bit difficult to find a parking spot, possibly because the street was very busy. The street wasn't very clean either.
