ITSicuramente la posizione, a 2 passi dal centro con parcheggio accanto ed al fresco (sotto il tribunale, anche se a pagamento), pulizia ed accoglienza, camere grandi.

USAbsolutely perfect location for our visit. Wonderful market at the end of the block, parking at the other end, as well as ATM nearby. Easy to access and private, quiet rooms. Also a fully equipped kitchen to reheat pizza for breakfast because … american 😁
The sheets were a bit scratchy and I would have liked firmer pillows, but that’s the traveler’s wishlist- not an actual complaint.
GBThe property was super clean and beautifully decorated. In a central location so near many of the cities highlights. I met the owner who went overboard to help for any needs . You could message through WhatsApp which was very helpful. All in all a great stay .

NLWat fijn om in deze warme drukke stad een koel appartement te hebben met een keukentje en balkon. Ik reis al 6 weken door Italië en dit is mijn beste plek tot nu toe. Ook fijn dat ik mijn fiets op de kamer mocht zetten. Het appartement ligt perfect. Je loopt meteen de markt op met lekker streetfood en een koud biertje. De communicatie met de hosts ging ook super makkelijk! Kom hier graag terug. Echte aanrader!

USI loved having access to a full kitchen. And there's a small patio off the kitchen that is perfect for having coffee and a nibble. I also loved the size of the room, how clean it was and the location. The person who manages the property, Lore, is fantastic. She responded right away to my questions, provided me with suggestions on what to visit and where to go after Palermo. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Palermo.

CZNice and clean place. Excellent location, because not only is the Capo market right behind the hotel, but Teatro Massimo and via Macheda are also just a 5-minute walk away, which is the perfect place to enjoy Palermo at night.
