El departamento es nuevo, muy bien ubicado y muy bien equipado. Todo parece a estrenar. Con lavarropas y lavavajillas. Es precioso, muy cómodo. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta. Nos esperó para ingresar y darnos una orientación y plano de Matera. Muy recomendable!

L emplacement est parfait a 10 minutes a pieds du centre ville, la place de parking pour la voiture. L appartement est tout neuf et très bien aménagé. La sympathie de l hôtesse.

The flat is extremely big and with all needs you may require. We stayed only one night, but I wish it would have been longer. Good position and really close to see the sassi houses. beautiful balcony. great host. I stayed there with my mum and it was really comfortable.

Parking is a bit tricky. but there's a free area jsut 30 metres from the building, where the only challenge is to find an empty place.

Ohh my, there was not one thing we did not like about this property! It was excellent.. beyond words. It was well positioned very very clean, great bed, beautiful linen. We were very well catered for in every aspect. And our host …. Was absolutely adorable. Josie. She helped us with so many predicaments. We are forever grateful to this beautiful lady ! I would highly recommend this property

Fantastisch ruim appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Dichtbij de oude stad, goed te lopen. Host zeer vriendelijk en goed/snel te bereiken. Absoluut een aanrader voor een bezoek aan deze prachtige stad.
