House with Amazing Sea View

The location!!!! The beauty!!

The washing machine was not able to work bc it couldn’t be plugged in. Also the bathroom smelt a bit like urine.

It is located with very good place. Easy to move to Polinano amare center. And also it was easy to find free parking place.

Bathroom was too small. Hard to take a shower. And shower curtain was too dirty and smells very bad. Need to replace with new one or clean throughly. Sofa was sunken and it was not comfort at all and sofa was very dirty. Need to clean air-conditioner in bedroom floor. Can not turn on the air-conditioner due to its smell. Kitchen air-conditioner was ok.

The stay was perfect for a small group! We especially loved how authentic the place was, the terrace and the views were amazing! Location was perfect and owner was very polite and even stopped by twice to check on us if everything was alright. We really loved the place and would be back again!

The only small toilet is a little bit uncomfortable for a group of people. Situated in a bedroom and you could hear everything :/ jacuzzi didn’t really hit well, we tried to use it for couple of times but unsuccessfully. we didn’t mind that much, because we were going to swim by the beach, but might be an issue for someone else :)

We loved the locality and the authenticity of the accomodation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, but if you want to use it first day, ask the owner to pre-heat it. Owner provided refreshment as a welcome gift.

We didn't like the communicaton. There is no information about wifi, jacuzzi etc. in the apartment and the owner didn't send it to us. It is self check in, we didn't see them at all. The beds are not good, old spring mattraces. Kitchen not suitable for big cooking (no cutting board).

Poor communication with host and low ceiling in bathroom

Fabulous place, quirky retro decor with 3 outside areas to relax. Loved the hot tub on the roof ! Only a few mins walk to the old town with lots of lovely restaurants .Lots of steps so may not be suitable for everyone but we loved it .
