Good location

Good, affordable prices for being close to Ayala and SM malls. Gets the job done for a quick stopover in Cebu City before onward travel. Staff is nice and there is a security guard, which is nice.

Definitely not a luxury stay. Rooms are quite bare bones. AC unit is loud and mine blew directly toward the bed/in my face which I don’t prefer. Construction outside beginning early morning.

Good central location, Ayala mall close by. Size of the single room was ok. The security guard was very nice and helpful.

When you have guests I would expect the hotel staff to check alls well in the room before the person arrives. Shower didn't work,infact no hot water at all. Only after complaining and the maintenance lad fiddling with the boiler any dribble of hot water emerged. No tv reception which didn't matter as the remote controls had no batteries. The sliding shower door was completely off it's rail and just lent against the other glass door. The ac makes more noise than the traffic outside. No staff seemed bothered about the complaints.

We were charged P1,000 for allegedly smoking inside the room, even though we did not smoke at all. We felt hurt and unfairly accused. The way we were treated felt very poor and unjust.

The room was so small. My check in time is 2pm I came around almost 3pm but the room is not yet ready. I need to rest immediately because I have an event to attend but I need to wait so that the room will be clean. No biddet on the bathroom and no bucket. I need to ask the front desknif they have bucket for the toilet. In the morning there is a loud noise. Because there is a construction on going beside the building The pillow also is. To. Small
