1. They tried to charge more when we requested for a room change because of the dirty condition. 2. The beds are unkempted and had "hairs", bottled water is half drank. 2. Receptionist smoking at corridor in the hotel 3. Pls remember to get them to write deposit on the slip they give you when they hand over u the remote. They will deny they collected ur RM50 dollars deposit. When they flipped through the receipt book none had the deposit written there. Perhaps many had been not returned cause it's not written on the receipt.
