Very comfortable bed room very comfortable and a fridge in room good for bits and pieces

Absolutely no staff around and the carpet was rather stained

Very clean, great location near the beach, bed was super comfy & the bedding smelled fantastic! The price for the stay was extremely fair.

Blinds on the windows don’t give total privacy even when fully closed, tv had no channels / arial didn’t work. Can hear even the slightest sounds outside (Room 1).

Could not fault it.Lovely clean room .Nice gym good location.Will be back to stay again. Loved the short walk to the sea.

Location proximity to the beach and town centre were excellent in walking distance. Games room was a nice touch although pool table not working. The gym had all you needed for a quick wok out. Nice and quiet area... no50 bus stop at the top of the road to get to Swanage was a perfect daytime location.

Mattress felt old.. You could feel the dips and lumps...too soft. Bathroom sink was too small and shower door didn't close properly and the shower head was too heavy and kept slipping down its pole the spray head needed constant adjustment. The room needed a little decoration makeover.
