It was such a nice view the pool and breakfast was amazing

The reception lady was a bit unpleasant. I know she was just doing her job but maybe her tone needed to be a bit more soft

We were unwell during our stay but staff really put in the extra effort to make sure we were alright and we recovered quickly. We appreciate all the support from staff. We thankyou greatly

The location was a bit far from other restaurants and convenient stores than we would've liked. This is easily rectified by using the free shuttle (unfortunately a little limited in our opinion with the available times. Feedback to staff is to perhaps have a 7pm pick up time if possible to allow for dinner in the city) and using grab for ordering food. Overall, wonderful quiet stay further away from the city if this is the client's preference.

Loved the pool and room. Went to the Marina and it's crowded so stayed at the resort and found it very relaxing. All our needs were met, exceptional service to fix anything.
