"It is ridiculously expensive for what it is."

Easy access and clear instructions on how to get to the room.

So little effort has been put into the place to make it nice. It was very underwhelming for this price range. Felt more like a hostel priced for a hotel.

The room was very clean. The shared bathroom is very clean as well. The location was perfect, 4 mins to the tram and bus stations.

The bed is not very comfortable.

Location was perfect, everything was super clean.

Room is very small, in basement without possibility to completely open windows. Way too expensive for what you get.

"Great value for a short stay in Edinburgh"

Great location in a quiet corner of Edinburgh halfway between Leith and the centre. Very comfortable bed and room.

Pictures should make it clearer that is a shared bathroom if you are not in the twin room. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and warm nevertheless.
