It's a budget hotel. The blankets, bedsheets are dirty. Aircon is not cooling. Not for family.

The friendliness of the reception staff and also the veranda that you can sit outside and enjoy the quietness

When you employ foreigners who are cleaning staff and have no clue about the hotel sectors and cleanliness what would they know how to be clean when looking at them they are not presentable themselves. The room (1st floor Room No,3) was unclean. There were cobwebs on the walls and cornice, the bathroom shower was like a motorboat when turned on, mildew on the shower wall and all over, and worst 1 cockroach running on the table which I looked for the creature and killed it. Then all of a sudden turning around and heading towards the shower, there were a few more running on the floor towards my suitcase. immediately after killing the creatures. I went to the reception and asked for my room to be changed because of this unclean situation and was switched immediately to Room 5 which was exceptionally clean. Somebody was not monitoring the foreign room service workers on the job.
