ROVery clean and large apartment, with a wonderful terrace. Right in the heart of Spezia, but not facing the main street, so it was really quiet. We had a welcome gift, very tasty! 😊 Self check-in. Everything was perfect!

INVery nice and spacious apartment located in the center. It was perfect for a family of 4 people.
AULocation, perfect. train station up the road to Cinque Terre. Apartment and garden area the best. Felt like home water the plants.🥰
ROI really liked the location. The apartment is situated right between the port and the train station, so Cinque Terre was easily accessible . For a family of 4 is perfect. Or 2 couples. We've had even small gifts waiting for us at the property, such as a nice bottle of wine. The landlords were really welcoming and understanding with our late check-in, so grazie mille per tutto! I asked for restaurant's recommendation and the food was amazing following their advice.
Just as a suggestion, I would change the beds to make it more comfortable and I would add to the apartament an iron for clothes.

IELoved the layout and all the modern touches it was a really home place to stay. I particularly loved the terrace!
Bad smell in the bathroom, it wasn’t strong but it was constant. And you need to beware of the constant flow of ants in the kitchen unfortunately.
