Modern Luxury Villa with Everything

The property was in a great location to parks and quiet part of the neighborhood. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Wish there were dressers in more bedrooms and more towel bars.

Spacious rooms. Great area for the kids to play. We all loved the pool. Walking distance to shops. Close to the main attractions. We found the area very quiet.

We found the tv hard to find manoeuvre. Some instructions would have been nice. A few games for rainy weather would come in handy. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Location was fantastic, the arcade room and movie room were a huge hit. There was so much space for everyone.

The one big issue we had was that there were only 4 or 5, plastic glasses. For a house meant for a large number of people there should be more glasses for use in the lanai. Glass should not be used out there with kids running around being kids. Just a suggestion 🙂

In addition to everything I mentioned before ( nice place, comfort, very clean, etc.) I have to say that they are very honest and reliable. We left an envelope with some cash in the closet and the cleaning ladies and the company called us later to mail it to us.

Pot and pans were not very good to cook with and a few more pans would be helpful when hosting large family

Gas grille should be included in the price.

Let me start by saying any problem I had was quickly addressed by management! The problems were the ice maker didn’t make ice and the freezer didn’t freeze food. The ice cream melted and the frozen food stayed cold but not frozen. Management brought over two complimentary bags of ice! But the frozen food was a total loss! Sheets in one of the king beds were OBVIOUSLY not changed between guests! The sheets were blood stained! But once again management addressed the issue. Housekeeping arrived with clean linen and change it right away. Housekeeping has to be more diligent in changing linen between guests because they clearly dropped the ball on that particular room. We paid $40 a day for pool heat we ordered prior to arrival and for the first two days the pool was freezing cold and we were unable to use it once again management was on top of it. By day three we had heat until our departure. The house is well maintained the wall decorations are minimal but that shouldn’t deter anyone from renting. I’m just into art! The community is secure and well maintained. It was quiet. Close by everything kinda centrally located not too far from stores and attractions. I liked it I will give it a 7 out of 10.

The staff at Diamond Vacation Home were very helpful, nice, and professional, and my family of 10 absolutely loved the Lakeview with all the wildlife treasures that come with your everyday or night stay. We had over 4700 square footage of fun.The property is centered around everything, which makes it the coolest place to stay in the Florida area.
