Hotel N

Good for its price range. The staff was very nice and attentive. We stayed for one night so not much I could say. Close to main locations.

The Hotel is relatively new and the interior is nice and clean

We booked a triple room which was slightly more expensive, just to have a bit more space. When we arrived we got a double room. We tried to tell them that this is not what we booked and the reaction was "but you are two person". Anyway, after some back and forth they said the heating is not working in the triple room thats why they gave us a double room. Okay, so we said will we get free breakfast then as compensation for the extra money we paid for the triple room? They then said there is no breakfast available in the hotel at all. So we just stayed at the double room, but then the heating wasn't working in that room as well. So we had to move upstairs to have a double and heated room. The staff was really willing to help by that point. But overall the situation was a bit annoying. Besides of this, all was okay.

Well located at the center of Tsaltubo , room with good temperature and nice and hot shower.

The accomodation is superb, staff is very frendly
