I didn’t stay at King David Condos! This was not what I booked thru Booking.com. I saw the unit and it was definately misrepresented as to what I paid for.

Everything and we did not stay here

Close to everything that one may need and want. Such as Walgreens, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Great location.

The pool closes at sunset, which is fine because it is quiet, but it would have been nice to use the spa in the evening.

Krásny veľký,priestranný, moderne zariadený apartmán s veľkým balkónom a výhľadom na bazen. V blízkosti ubytovania sú aj potraviny a oceán cez cestu.

La ubicación excelente! El personal muy amable y dispuesto, la cercanía al acceso a la playa y el equipamiento de playa que nos brindaron nos dejó disfrutar mucho de los días de sol. El gimnasio es completo y el valet park in muy cómodo.

Wir waren im obersten Stockwerk und hatten das Apartment TS7. Für 6 Personen bestens geeignet . Und der Preis für Miami Verhältnisse auch sehr gut!

The staff were very friendly and so accommodating, and they get a 10/10. The gym and the valet were additional advantages.

The penthouse suite has a 10% view, whilst the balance is straight into the back of the building located right in front of it!. The booking.com advert was exceptionally misleading. We thought we were getting a penthouse with a great view, but instead we were not informed of the poor position of the unit that we were allocated. Even if one books a ticket at a broadway show, you are advised in advance that your view is full/partial. So one can make an informed decision whether you want the seats with only a partial view, or prefer something with a clear view. This was so bad for what we paid for ($500 per night approx). The agent would not budge and we felt so let down, and they kept on telling us that we booked the Sally suite - but no indication that only 1 bedroom was on suite and that the view was practically non existent. We were never shown pictures of the Sally suite, instead the agents and booking.com show 250 pictures fot their 4 units that they manage. How could one determine which one you were booking? Had we been informed that the nice view on the booking.com advert was NOT what we were getting, we certainly would have booked elsewhere. We paid top dollar and should have been moved to a better unit or partially refunded for being so misled. We were originally referred by friends to use the King David Condos and advised that the T7 unit (which is what we thought we were getting) was superb. So although we were allocated the Sally suite (which only later did we realise was the T3 and not the T7 suite ), I question the agent - how were we to know that we were getting the disappointing suite, when the pictures on the booking.com site clearly showed a unit with a view? We wanted to be moved immediately, but were told that there was nothing else available. We will only discourage anyone from our circle to use those agents and to be aware of Booking.com's misleading web page that advertised the unit incorrectly at the first instance.
