Impeccable service. Taj restaurants and facilities are top notch. Staff is always ready to welcome and help. And the apartment itself has the most beautiful view of the table mountain. Lots of cafes and restaurants closeby. Very good location. Have taken off the 2 points in my review only because of the issues with the second bathroom.

The second bathroom has issues with drainage. A shower of more than 5 minutes will always result in water flowing out of the shower cubicle, past the bathroom floor, and out of the door (on to the carpet in the lobby!!). While the staff would quickly come to check it, it was beyond them to fix it.. the shower needs something to "dam" this water flow!!

The location and facilities in the room were great for a family. We were able to get food delivered and have a comfortable meal in our room.

It was very very expensive. Most people could not afford such a room.

"Good experience, a treat staying at the Taj"

The breakfast was good, friendly staff even the chef walks around greeting and chatting, love that. The staff in general are pleasant and friendly, very helpful.

The pillows were not very comfortable, I had to request more pillows.

"Superb and affordable stay"

The hotel is centrally located and you can easily access tourist attractions by foot or car. The apartment itself is very spacious and good value for money when compared to neighboring properties. The unit is located within the Taj Hotel and as a guest, you have access to room service as well as the hotel facilities such as the spa. The hotel has secure valet parking and a 24 hr reception desk.

"Not worth what I paid"

Enjoyed having valet parking.

Location of hotel. Bombay brasserie should not be advertised as its closed most of the time. Not convenient for those who have children In house dining took over an hour for my order yo be prepared. To the fault of the reception as it just slipped their mind . Order was placed late. Very disappointed. My child was hungry. Checked into this hotel cos I wanted the convenience of food available when you have a child. Not five Star service
