Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto era simpatico e gentile. I letti erano buoni e l'insieme dell'alloggio accogliente.

Non c!era la rete wifi. Le stoviglie insufficienti ( mancavano delle tazze) La piastra di cottura non si è accesa Il bollitore e la caffettiera erano incrostati

Be aware that this is a room in a shared apartment on the periphery of the city center which costs the same amount or more than a hotel in the historical city center--it is neither your own apartment, nor a room in an apartment with people who have been identified beforehand, as in an Airbnb, but a room only, without the charm or convenience of a hotel. To sum up: the worst of both worlds, but certainly a profitable business for the people who dreamt up this model. The apartment building was unlocked, therefore open to anybody who felt like walking in. On the positive side, I was given a packet of pasta and of tomato paste as well as a bunch of plastic-wrapped crackers.

"Garden" is aspirational. The property is near a noisy street with views of other apartment buildings. I didn't feel comfortable cooking or watching TV given that I had NO IDEA who was in the other rooms.
