The yellow nest is really located in the heart of the djungle. Getting to the hotel is already an adventure in itself. Once arrived, the style and vibe of the hotel is amazing. The whole is really supportive, helpful and kind all the time. Another highlight apart from the architecture of the hotel: The food is outstanding (even more when taking into consideration that one is in the middle of the djungle). Incredible effort by the chefs of the Yellow Nest. 👌🏽💪🏼

Private pool not really necessary. The other two pools are more than sufficient. In fact there was nothing negative or to “complain”. The team did a great job to make the stay as comfortable as possible. With regards to expectation management: Please keep in mind that you are in the djungle surrounded by pure nature and not in a five star tourist resort.

It was beautiful and the food was amazing. Apart from that, did the staff work very hard to help us with everything we needed. Also they were always happy and even signing in the kitchen. This does definitely show that they make everything with love. Which makes everything taste even better.

It’s quite far from Tulum downtown, and quite a bumpy ride to get there. If you have your own transportation it’s not a problem. If you don’t, it’s a bit more challenging. But they do arrange a transfer to the beginning of the road. So that definitely helps.

I’m totally in love with this place, this is why I keep coming back. That was my third time 😀🙏. It’s hard to put into words, you just need to feel the special energy down here - magic, love, mystery, warmth. I feel like I’ve found my home in this little nest full of love. The sounds of jungle, plants, delicious food and the people.The staff at the Yellow Nest is the best I’ve ever met.

I liked everything!!!

Its a unique place, in a very unique location and you have to keep an Open mind when you are going, give the location. Staff was amazing, very friendly and always wanting to help you out. Good food on the restaurant and service.

Given that you are in the middle of the jungle, you should be aware that there are some limitations with the location and concept, obviously. So, you Will need to have an Open mind and lots of protection against mosquitos :)

cet hôtel se présente comme 5 étoiles, mais il n’en mérite même pas 2. Ils disent qu’il y a de la Climatisation, mais si vous avez la chance d’avoir une chambre climatisé la climatisation fonctionne que 10 heures par jour. Il est impossible de rester dans la chambre la journée tellement, il y fait chaud. Nous avons pris une chambre avec piscine privée. Cette piscine est minuscule et extrêmement sale.il n’est pas du tout agréable de se baigner dedans. Durant notre séjour. Il y a eu un orage pendant la nuit et le toit de notre chambre présentait des fuites,toute nos affaires ont été mouillées. Vous devez savoir que pour vous rendre dans cet hôtel vous devez prendre une route de Pierre pendant plus de 20 minutes c’est extrêmement dangereux et on risque de crever les pneus de la voiture à tout moment. À notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas extrêmement propre, il y a des traces de dentifrice sur le lavabo. cet hôtel se prétend prendre des mesures écologiques mais ce n’est qu’un prétexte pour baisser sa prestation. La climatisation fonctionne la nuit grâce a un énorme groupe électrogène qui fait un bruit énorme et vous empêche de rester le soir dehors. par contre il n’y a rien à dire sur le personnel qui essaie de nous aider à tout moment.
